Theodore Angwenyi
He holds a Bachelor of Business Science – Financial Engineering & a Certificate in Data Science from Strathmore University. He has also completed the Venture Capital Fellowship with Enza Capital.
He brings over 10 years of experience supporting entrepreneurship, investment readiness, impact measurement, climate finance, and enterprise development across Africa. He has worked on projects with organizations including the World Bank, Clean Cooking Alliance, Rwanda Development Board, Netherlands Enterprise Agency, and Clean Cooking Alliance. His experience spans enterprise assessments, results-based financing, carbon markets, climate and clean cooking finance, startup acceleration, ecosystem development, impact management, and capacity building for SMEs and financial institutions across East and West Africa.
He speaks fluent English and Swahili. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, playing and watching football and keeping up with the latest Formula 1 action—particularly when seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is on the grid. An avid traveler, he loves exploring new destinations. He is particularly passionate about discovering the diverse landscapes, cultures, and hidden gems that Africa has to offer, often preferring to experience the continent from behind the wheel.
