With the Circular Apparel Innovation Factory at Intellecap Advisory Services, Avantika works at the intersection of textile and apparel value chains, SME transitions and low-carbon solutions. She brings over a decade of consulting experience, with the last four-plus years dedicated to climate change, circularity and industrial decarbonization.

She holds an M.Sc. in Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability Studies from TISS Mumbai, along with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from MNNIT Prayagraj. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to the design and execution of large-scale supply chain decarbonization programs, supported decarbonization and export readiness for SMEs, and helped bring low-carbon solutions from proof-of-concept to commercial adoption. Prior to her current role, she held positions with cKinetics and Nielsen India, building a strong analytical foundation alongside her deep sectoral understanding of textiles.
