Sonal holds a full-time 2-year PGP from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from NIT Surathkal. A seasoned finance professional, she brings over 13 years of experience across business development, debt syndication, structured finance, and banking partnerships, having worked with leading institutions including Trillionloans (BharatPe), JM Financial, Yubi, and Yes Bank.

Before joining us, Sonal served as Vice President & Head – Business Development at Trillionloans Fintech (BharatPe Group), where she led key strategic initiatives in the financial services space. Sonal has a proven track record in building lending partnerships, structuring debt transactions, portfolio management, and driving growth strategies, with exposure to diverse asset classes such as MSME/SME loans, vehicle loans, housing finance, LAP, trade finance, and cross-border remittances. Over the course of her career, Sonal has successfully scaled businesses through strategic partnerships, investor relations, product development, and innovative go-to-market strategies, contributing to portfolio growth of over INR 1,300 Cr and achieving key milestones such as securing a BBB+ credit rating for Trillionloans.

Sonal is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi, she is passionate about travelling, trekking, painting, and reading in her leisure time.
