Dhiman joins us as Senior Associate with the CAIF team in Intellecap. He will be based out of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

He holds a Master’s in Population Science and Human Resource Development from University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (PGDHRM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He recently completed a Professional Development Course from Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in the Netherlands.

Dhiman comes with 12 years of work experience in the field of development programme management including apparel industry, local government and city waste management sector. Gender and disability inclusion is one of his crosscutting area of expertise. He worked across organizations like BRAC, CARE and Practical Action.

He is an expert at accessing skill gaps and need assessment for developing resource tools like training curriculum and IEC/BCC materials. He has a vast experience on citywide inclusive sanitation, community mobilization and gender mainstreaming in different perspectives with different stakeholders.
