Brian is a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with close to a decade of progressive experience across diverse sectors in Africa. His expertise spans end-to-end people strategy, high-volume talent acquisition, workforce planning, industrial and employee relations, and HR analytics. Over the years, he has successfully led HR transformation initiatives, implemented scalable talent acquisition systems, and supported business expansion through strategic workforce alignment and leadership development programs.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in management and leadership (Human Resource Option) from the Management University of Africa, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and a Computer Packages Certification from the Institute of Advanced Technology. Brian is also a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and HR best practices.

Before joining us, Brian served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Teleperformance. He brings with him approximately 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management.

Brian is fluent in English and Swahili, enabling him to collaborate effectively across multicultural and multilingual teams. Outside of work, Brian enjoys swimming, travelling, and spending time with his family.
