Architha is the AVP – Strategic Talent Partner, Human Resources where she leads organization-wide talent strategy across India, Africa, and Asia. She works closely with business and leadership teams to shape the Group’s workforce agenda, build future-ready global talent capabilities, and strengthen the people ecosystem across geographies.

Her work spans strategic talent planning, global hiring, employer brand development, capability building, and the design of high-quality people processes that enable business performance. She has played a key role in modernizing the Group’s talent systems, integrating data and technology into hiring and decision-making, and evolving the organization’s talent value proposition.

In recognition of her contributions to building high-impact, purpose-driven global talent ecosystems, Architha was awarded the Talent Magnet Award 2025 by the Global Council for Global Business Services (GCGBS) and the Global Council for Promotion of International Trade (GCPIT).

She brings over a decade of experience in people’s strategy and organizational growth across diverse sectors and markets. Before joining Intellecap/Aavishkaar Group, she held HR and talent roles across (financial services, manufacturing, technology, and mission-driven organizations), building strong foundations in talent acquisition, business partnering, and organizational development.

Architha holds dual master’s degrees — a master’s in industrial psychology from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, and an MBA from Chennai Business School, Chennai. She is fluent in English and Hindi, enabling her to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams and geographies. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her family.
