Private Equity
Sell Side Advisory: We have a strong track record of advising enterprises across stages onraising capital. We coordinate to oversee the entire sale process right from preparing the collateral to signing of the subscription agreements, closing deal documentation and final closure of the transaction. We act on the behalf of the selling company’s board and shareholders to advice on pricing and bids in an analytically rigorous and an unbiased manner.
Buy Side Advisory: We work with private equity firms and corporates to enable them make investments at the best possible value. We are dedicated to understanding client’s investment objectives and we leverage on our expertise and knowledge to help in scouting of potential transaction opportunities to the execution of the investment. IBG provides the much needed expertise and works as a part of the mandated firm.
Mergers and Acquisitions
We work with companies and buyout funds in helping them understand potential business and benefits of a possible merger or acquisition. We leverage on our internal ecosystem and knowledge base to ensure smooth deal flow and transaction closure. We partner along with the client right from target identification till transaction closure, by providing post deal and integration support.
