Founded in 2002, Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited (Intellecap) is the entrepreneurial ecosystem building arm of the Aavishkaar Group, a pioneer in providing innovative business solutions that help build and scale impact enterprises dedicated to building a more equitable, sustainable and inclusive society. Intellecap & Aavishkaar Group take an ecosystem approach that combines knowledge, capital, technology, and networks, to provide impact entrepreneurs with a continuum of support throughout their life cycle and to address systemic barriers.
We operate at two levels:
- Direct enterprise support through capital, acceleration, fundraising, technical assistance, innovation transfer, and market linkages.
- Ecosystem development by engaging value chain actors, investors, philanthropies, corporations, governments, and intermediaries.
We leverage our convening and amplification platform Sankalp to augment our effort to search, seed, support, and scale impact enterprises across sectors. We have worked with more than 300 clients on over 500 consulting and research engagements across multiple geographies. We are a group of 7000+ professionals in locations across India, Kenya, and Bangladesh
WHAT WE DO
The selected candidate will join the Sankalp Forum team, one of the world’s largest platforms for inclusive development. Since its inception in 2009, Sankalp has convened stakeholders across 4 continents, spotlighted over 2,000 entrepreneurs, connected them to 300+ investors, and helped raise over USD 800 million in capital. Sankalp is globally recognized for shaping impact discourse in partnership with platforms like the World Economic Forum, G8/G20, and several governments and corporations.

Sankalp Forum is one of the world’s largest convenings for impact entrepreneurship in the Global South. With summits across India, Africa, and Southeast Asia, we’ve spent over a decade building ecosystems, elevating impact-led enterprises, and shaping the conversation on inclusive and sustainable development.
We’re looking for a Programming & Content Lead who can anchor the design and execution of our global summits, ensure we stay on the cutting edge of impact trends, and tell stories that inspire. This is a unique opportunity for a strategist who understands both systems change and the power of curation.
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
What You’ll Do?
- Lead agenda and theme design across all Sankalp regional and global summits in India, Africa, Southeast Asia, and online
- Work with the leadership team to identify emerging themes, bold ideas, and influential voices in areas such as climate entrepreneurship, gender & inclusion, blended finance, future of work, circular economy, and more
- Curate high-impact sessions and formats: Keynotes, panels, workshops and immersive experiences that spark dialogue, collaboration and tie back to Intellecap’s core business activities
- Build and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, foundations, multilaterals, media, and thought leaders who speak at Sankalp
- Oversee speaker management: Outreach, onboarding, briefing, and post-event engagement
- Collaborate with communications and design teams to craft session narratives, program guides, and content for social media and campaigns
- Support the creation of post-event knowledge products such as insight reports, speaker highlights, and thematic blogs
- Represent Sankalp in ecosystem forums, working groups, and partner networks and ensure our programming reflects cutting-edge thinking from the field
- Maintain a curator’s mindset – constantly scanning the ecosystem for new themes, voices, ideas, and partnerships

What We’re Looking For?
- Master’s in Public Policy, International Development, Business, Journalists, Media Sales or related fields.
- 7–12 years of experience in content curation, knowledge, communications, program design, or ecosystem building
- Deep exposure to the impact, entrepreneurship, or development finance ecosystems in India, Africa or globally
- Excellent research and analytical skills: You track global trends, identify signal from noise, and know what makes a conversation meaningful.
- Comfort with managing multiple stakeholders, from startup founders to global funders, with tact and strategic intent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong project management chops to be able to deliver high-quality programs under tight timelines with grace and rigor
- Someone who loves people, ideas, systems and most importantly likes to make things happen.
