Mentoring and supporting ten green enterprises

The Business Consulting Team at Intellecap provided one-on-one mentoring to entrepreneurs and managers of 10 green SMEs from industries as varied as electric bike and energy saving system manufacturing, organic food products retailing, water purification, e-waste recycling, and daylight energy conservation.

We supported the SMEs to prepare for a national equity investment forum that brought together social investors and entrepreneurs seeking early stage or growth capital.

Our support included acting as ‘thinking partners’ for the mentored enterprises, helping them to fully understand critical strategic and operational challenges of their business and their capital needs. The team also worked to fine-tune business plans and pitch presentations for prospective investors. The inputs were delivered through a combination of in-person meetings, site visits, off-site discussions and Intellecap in-house business planning exercises.
