Intellecap’s work environment will enable you to enhance your skills and build domain knowledge. We follow a four-step professional development process that includes – Induction – Growth – Exposure – Appraisal. With this supportive environment you will find it easy to strive for professional excellence and experience rapid career advancement, taking on new responsibilities either within practice areas, or across them, the choice is yours!
Induction
As a new team member you will participate in an induction to understand Intellecap’s structure, policies, processes and client base. This initial training will give you the tools to rapidly accelerate your learning curve in the first few months with the firm.
Growth
We supplement our induction with regular knowledge sharing and skill development programs. Our preferred strategy of growing the company is by developing competencies internally and promoting deserving candidates. In accordance with this, you, as a team member will have the continued opportunity to be sponsored to attend executive training programs in a variety of fields relevant to our work and your growth objectives.
Exposure
At Intellecap you will be encouraged to explore cross-functional working to build-on internal synergies. The greatest strength of our team is that we are close to the ground reality of our focus areas. We provide team members with the opportunity to visit project fields and interact with clients as often as possible. We also encourage dialogue with top management through various forums such as the Office Town Hall and regular team meetings.
Appraisal
We focus on three performance measures to help you succeed at Intellecap:
• Content: The what in your work. The content and structure of the deliverable, and how suited it is for the particular assignment.
• Management: The how and when of your work. How you manage your and your team’s time, as well as the expectations of clients and other external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurship: The so what of your work. How you synthesize information to arrive at suggestions for action that create value beyond your defined scope.
