At Intellecap, he oversees financial modeling, equity valuations, business planning, and strategic advisory engagements. Anurag gained valuable experience with ICICI Bank prior to joining Intellecap.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce Degree from Madras University, Chennai (India), and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (India).
If Anurag wasn’t doing Microfinance he would be a sportsman. Besides sports, he enjoys travel and he is a voracious reader.

Philip Vassiliou,
Director
Philip Vassiliou is a Managing Director at Legatum and a board member of the Ubuntu Education Fund. Philip has held positions in both Group Investments and Sovereign Global Development at Legatum’s predecessor, Sovereign Global. [More]
Prior to joining Sovereign Global, Philip worked for the Dubai Development Investment Authority (DDIA), promoting foreign direct investment in Dubai. Before the DDIA, Philip was with the Equities and Private Wealth divisions of Goldman Sachs International in both New York and London.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Finance and Economics from Babson College, Wellesley in Massachusetts (USA).

Vineet Rai,
Director
Vineet Rai has over 15 years of experience in leading innovative interventions in social development, venture capital, micro enterprises, and microfinance investments.[More]
Swati co-founded ‘Santushti,’ a NGO in Uttaranchal working on health and education issues. She also had a brief work stint with Honey Bee Network at IIMA. Swati brought valuable experience of knowledge management and cross border interactions to Intellecap.
Swati holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. Swati served on the Board of Intellecap as a Director till 2007 and has not been operationally involved with the company since.

In the early years of his career, UB held a multitude of sales, corporate development, strategic planning, and hands-on project management roles at Fortune 500 companies, specifically Itochu and Skanska AB, where he was particularly successful in establishing their South Asian businesses through several cross-border joint ventures. UB also serves on the US Board of the Give Foundation (www.giveindia.org).
He has a Masters in International Relations from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management, a Master of Business Administration from NMIMS-Mumbai, (India) and an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering,(India).
UB is an avid traveler and explorer of new cultures. His passion is social institution building and public affairs.
